KOK manufactures elastomer and thermoplastic bellows for OE and OE-equivalent programs where controlled articulation, environmental sealing, and long-term durability are required.

Our bellows are supplied into automotive, motorcycle, powersports, industrial, agricultural, rail, and mobility systems operating under defined validation and lifecycle expectations.

KOK compounds critical elastomers in-house, including CR, EPDM, NBR, and proprietary formulations. We also manufacture thermoplastic bellows using TPE systems where application requirements favour thermoplastic performance characteristics.

Internal compound control allows us to maintain:

• Consistent ozone and weather resistance
• Repeatable flex fatigue behaviour
