CVT Sliders


KOK manufactures CVT sliders for continuously variable transmissions used in scooters and light mobility applications.

CVT sliders perform the same functional role as rollers within the variator assembly but use a sliding contact geometry rather than rolling motion. Geometry, material behaviour, and dimensional stability are critical to consistent operation.

Manufacturing Scope
