Air Flow Tubes (Motorcycle)

KOK designs and manufactures air flow tubes for OEM motorcycle air intake systems, engineered to deliver stable airflow within compact packaging environments while accommodating vibration, thermal variation, and engine movement.

Engineering & Material Performance

KOK motorcycle air flow tubes are developed using elastomeric and polymer-based materials selected to meet OEM requirements for:

• Resistance to heat, oil mist, fuel vapors, and ozone
• Fatigue resistance under high-frequency vibration typical of motorcycle engines
• Dimensional stability within tightly packaged intake layouts
