COMPANY CULTURE

Philosophy

Since the early 1960’s, this has been the KOK maxim. This is the basis upon which every employee at every level refers. In our plants, this maxim in its entirety is ever present. What “Best Quality. Customer First.” means is to create only the best quality goods to assist our customers in achieving long term success.

KOK believes that our success comes from quality. Knowing that the parts we produce make the difference to how well our customers’ products work, we always support our customers by providing only the best, OEM quality. This is not a term we use lightly. We not only have the facilities to produce international leading quality products, we also have the experience, the expertise, the people, the testing and the process capabilities. With KOK products, our customers are assured reliability.

Win-Win

The way we do business is through creating win-win relationships.
We create win-win situations with our raw material suppliers and with our customers in order to build and maintain trusting and lasting relationships. This is why we are able to provide the support required by customers who perform Just-In-Time manufacturing.

Staying Far Ahead and Focusing
on the Future

A powerful force that drives our motivation is staying far ahead of the pack. Even though our customers are continuously impressed with the results from doing business with KOK, we never allow ourselves to fall into the trap of complacency.

Our focus in the polymeric field derives our R&D teams who are constantly innovating, creating seemingly impossible products, into a reality. We are not in the business of cutting corners and selling prices; we are in the business of creating genuine, lasting solutions with a focus on environmental sustainability, total cost of ownership and waste minimalization.

With a strong focus on the future, our goal is to be the innovators of tomorrow. We are constantly increasing our range as the demand for polymeric and metallic products has expanded into many different industries, some of which are completely new and require suppliers with a significant amount of expertise.
