Standard Seal Types & Profiles

We manufacture all commonly used rotary shaft oil seal configurations, including single-lip and double-lip designs, with metal-cased or rubber-covered constructions. Common standard types include:

TC, SC, DC, KC, VC, KA, OC, OV, OA

For example, TC-type seals combine a primary sealing lip with an auxiliary dust lip, with the metal insert fully bonded in elastomer to improve sealing reliability and corrosion resistance. These profiles are widely used across passenger vehicles, motorcycles, and light industrial equipment.

Materials & General Specifications

Our standard rotary shaft oil seals are produced using proven elastomer compounds commonly specified for aftermarket applications.

  • Available Materials: NBR, ACM, HNBR, VMQ (Silicone), FKM, XNBR, AEM

Material selection depends on operating temperature, lubricant type, and environmental exposure.
