KOK polyurethane seals are engineered for demanding hydraulic applications where abrasion resistance, extrusion control, and dimensional stability are critical to long service life.

Performance Characteristics

  • High Abrasion Resistance: Polyurethane compounds provide significantly improved wear resistance compared to conventional elastomers in contaminated or high-speed applications.
  • Pressure Stability: Suitable for medium to high-pressure hydraulic systems where extrusion resistance is required.
  • Chemical Compatibility: Compatible with mineral oils, water-glycol fluids, and common hydraulic media.
  • Elastic Recovery: Maintains sealing contact under dynamic motion without excessive compression set.
  • Operating Temperature Range: Typically -20°C to +120°C depending on compound selection.
